Die Pflanzenheilkunde begleitet mich schon seit meiner Kindheit. Wenn ich krank war, versorgte meine Mutter mich zum Beispiel mit Hustentee aus der Familienrezepte-Sammlung. Dieser bestand aus Huflattich, Spitzwegerich und Salbei und hat mir immer sehr gut geholfen. Ich hoffe, dass ich Ihnen mit meiner Pflanzenheilkunde ebenso gut helfen können werde.

Therapien
Mehr zu meinen Therapien finden Sie unter dem entsprechenden Reiter. Als Teilbereich der Pflanzenheilkunde liegt mir die Aromatherapie besonders am Herzen, da sie auf sanftem Wege die Heilung so vieler Krankheiten unterstützen kann. Die Phytotherapie, also die Pflanzenheilkunde ist, wie schon gesagt, mein Steckenpferd. Zur Pflanzenheilkunde gehören ebenfalls die Hildegard-Medizin, nach Hildegard von Bingen, die Bachblütentherapie, aber auch die anthroposophische Medizin.
